I upgraded to Boost v1.49 recently.

I am affected by the following bug :
https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/6010

According to trac, the bug should be fixed in 1.48, right ?
Then why is it still there in 1.49 ?

Is it ok to re-open the bug ? Don't know how to do it though.
