Hi,
 
I have a problem about Connectivity of bonej. Accroding to the user guide,I 've changed my regular image into binary using Make binary of ImageJ,then I purified the binary image,and then clicked the Cennectivity, but there came the problem,after a few seconds' reaction,nothing was happened.I 've tried many times even using different computers,but it did not work. other functions like thickness, volume fraction are fine.

Did you follow the installation instructions carefully? Connectivity is working fine for me here.

I have replicated this bug and am looking for a fix. I will let you know here when I have a solution.

This bug is fixed in BoneJ v1.3.6
