company has recently adopted Flex as its primary delivery platform and
has developed significant expertise on the same. The company is
looking at hiring freshers as well skilled professionals for
developing custom Flex applications.

Desired Skills
1. High proficiency with Adobe Flex 3 / Actionscript 3.0
2. Excellent understanding of Cairngorm framework
3. Coding as per Adobe best practices.
4. Knowledge of Flex-Backend Integration : BlazeDS , WebORB
5. Knowledge of J2SE and SQL Server 2008
6. Good process skills like adherence to coding standards,documentation, etc
6. Good eye for design
6. Excellent Communication skills
9. Project Management skills
