Blueberry is looking to hire a developer with an in-depth understanding of the Java programming language. We are particularly interested in applicants with an expertise in developing performance critical software which is accessible on mobile and rich internet applications. We are based in Bangalore and our software is used to compute fair value and risk in the global capital markets. More detailed information is available at our website: www.blueberryquant.com. The minimum qualification for applying is:
· Two years experience of Java programming (ideally including J2ME)
· Consistently high academic achievement:
o First class degree in mathematics, science, engineering or economics
o First class results at school level
Though not a requisite for applying, candidates with the following expertise will be given a preference:
· Rich internet technology (Adobe Flex)
· Java/XML web services (Apache Axis and Xerces)
· Development of mobile applications (J2ME)
