Current Teaching

Trusting the Jewel of your Mind
Based on the Writings of Gampopa

with Guest Dharma Teacher Bart Mendel and
Resident Teacher Dawa Tarchin
May 24th and 31st - Dawa
June 7th, 14th and 21st - Bart
7-9 PM

Inherent within our minds is the potential for either enlightenment or confusion.

Understanding how our minds work allows us to discriminate between these options, and utilize the awareness that develops from meditation practice to create a better life for ourselves and a better world for others.

These teachings will be based on Gampopa's Jewel Ornament of Liberation.
