Well after a couple of big races - Fort Desoto, St. Anthony's and Hurricane Man, it was time to take a break - to have a little fun.
We played water polo. I did not make a workout - except 300 swim/300 kick. Trust me - if you have never played water polo, it is a workout, bloody lips, scratches and suit pulling and all. My arms hurt and the sprinting is always fun.
