I didn't get a chance to send out last week's workouts, last week, so I here you go.
Tonight and tomorrow morning, we'll be working speed work, especially for those doing St. Anthony's this weekend. Then on Thursday, we'll tone it down a bit and make sure those are ready for great swim. Taking it easy though, doesn't mean we are jumping in and then getting out. We'll still be working, just not working you too hard. Its taper time.
May 7th PM practice and May 8th morning practice come out for a little fun during practice. Do not worry, you will get a great workout.
