Sorry for the late send out for last week's workout.
This workout is a good one and shuld hurt a litt bit. I incorporated some legs, arms and speed, all into one practice.
As for the suicides: they are a total of 110 yards. Swim 10 yards, turn back, flip at the wall, swim 20 yards, turn and go back to the wall, turn and sprint 50 yards. It all should be fast with 45 seconds rest (plenty).
And of course, my favorite - pushups. Make those arms burn.
