So do you have it automatically building, or are you just going to build it
yourself? It would be great if you could just set a cron job on a computer
somewhere and have it compile and upload the latest version automatically.
I'm not sure how you'd do that with visual studio, but perhaps you don't
have to. It should compile with any C++ compiler, so long as it's able to

Here it is, the very first weekly release....
[link]
It's very basic still.., and only really loads music folders and displays
the albums in the 3D land. No playing just yet.
Notes: When it loads music, the albums don't appear until you restart it.

Well, the old bt1 version loads, plays and does everything, including
crashing a lot.
The new bluetunes 2 exists only as source code at the moment, (and at this
point is actually broken due to me re-doing the base library for it, and
hopefully shall be fixed later tonight), but that raises a very good

Ah, this is because of two things:
1) we don't currently remove albums that aren't in the path, as BT1
did.
2) we don't exclude the top level folder ( this is the one i assume
you're seeing ) from the possibility of being classified as an "album".
I might leave it this way, because sometimes I have some free tracks

What about the slogan? I think it needs something a little more
elegant. If bluetunes is a clean, no-fuss player, I think the catch
phrase should be too. I think it needs some more thought, but what
about something like "Music is for listening to", "Your Music. Now." or
"Music the way you want it"
I'll see if I can come up with some design/logo.

 Hey guys,
Just pointing out that on my BT2, whenever I change the path to my music, I
get a new bogus album with the name of the path in my visualisation. I'm
guessing it has something to do with the way Store works.
4d
