Step 3 is about customizing your CSS and simply tells your where the css
file is located
after installation in your Drupal template. You "customize css" by opening
it with a
text editor and typing whatever changes you want to make.
Your Drupal installation probably has a code editor for editing the CSS
files
witin a Drupal template, but any text editor will work.
Drupal and crafting Drupal templates is a complex process. You are better
off
referring questions like this to the Drupal support forums. I would expect
that there are pre-made blueprint-based drupal templates that you can adapt
for your needs. Again - look in the drupal community's forums and
resources.
