Hey, I've been fiddling with bluepill and currently running it in
--no-privileged mode but running into a strange issue. Even tho it's
working, i can't run commands on the bluepill process. Tried both 0.0.55

bluepill not detecting started processes on a node

I have one (EC2) Ubuntu server where bluepill is working just fine to
start and monitoring resque processes (and it has done so on other
nodes in the past).

I'm setting up a new node, and for some reason on this node bluepill

ruby daemon and bluepill monitoring please help !

So i am trying to create a custom daemon to run every 60 seconds and
start / stop and monitor it with bluepill.

Please can someone show me how to do this easier or please can you
tell me what i am doing wrong.

Currently bluepill is starting the daemon so that it runs but seems to
then not know its running as keep trying to stop and start it.

Resque command works from terminal but not via bluepill. Please help!

Hi all

I am trying to get bluepill to monitor my resque workers.

If i run this command from my rails root as root user it starts up
resque worker ok.

Hi,
is it possible to let stdout/stderr of watched processes be logged to syslog
in a reliable manner? Currently I see these possibilities which all have
their drawbacks:
1) process.start_command = "/usr/bin/myapp 2>&1 | logger"
This would instruct bluepill to watch the shell which starts /usr/bin/myapp

Bluepill + resque, again

DSL in addition to traditional one. Documentation is not updated yet but

Monitoring multiple .pill files with single load call

I was hoping to create a config/bluepill directory and separate each
service into its own .pill file. The load command doesn't appear to
support globbing though.

How could I accomplish the following without placing all my services
in a single file?
