I was however able to connect to my devices via the delivered BT
Software, IBM or Anycom.

Does WIDCOMM (Broadcom) drivers recognised your devices?
BlueCove is only interface to WIDCOMM and does not have any 'chip'
specific code!

Hey there,

great work on bluecove so far. Works like a charm, at least the
winsock part.

Now to my problem, I am currently trying to use multiple stacks, one
for inquiry the other for rfcomm connections.
Problem being that all my bluetooth dongles and internal bluetooth
adapter seem to not be supported by bluecove widcomm implementation.

To be more specific, I want to run this MIDP application on Windows
Mobile. I've read the documentation on running it on Windows, by
setting classpaths to point to the BlueCove library, but how am I
supposed to do so in Windows Mobile? Thus I thought if I package
BlueCove inside the MIDP application, it'll be able to call it from

I don't see that is possible to package BlueCove inside the MIDP
application. It requires native library to be loaded.
Usually if you want your MIDP JVM to support JSR-82 you install
BlueCove as extension to this JVM. I only documented how to do this
for IBM J9...

Hi,

I'm coming across this problem where I get a build error when trying
to build my app with the bluecove.jar.
My application can be built successfully if I don't include it, but
then bluecove.jar does not get included in the application jar file.

This is the error I get:

Hello all
i'm still having the problem, i tried to send files to two devices
using the windos menu command "send to" and i was able
to send to two devices, but using bluecove, the Connector.connect()
function still hanging on the second connection untill the first
connection is accepted or refused from the device i'm sending the file

Well, i have a doubt, when i try to send a file from PC to
MovileDevice, the string file that i use is like this:

String file = "C:/TestFileSender/this-is-spa rta.gif";

but, now i'm using a JFileChooser to obtain the path of the file to
send, and i use the getAbsolutePath like this:

String name = chooser.getSelectedFile().getA bsolutePath();

Hey, i'm workin in a application that sends a file, PC to
MovileDevice, maybe i can help u, if u wanna send a file without
validation, maybe u can try it with OBEX Object Push Profile, that
doesn't need validation, only needs the accept or cancel, hope that
helps.

I'll like to do a application software with bluecove for send file
(text.txt).
Equal softwares installed in mobiles phones.
When I send a file in my mobile phone for other mobile phone isn't
needful neither kind validation.
