BlueCove works with any device supported by Mac OS X.

I used D-Link DBT-120 USB Bluetooth Adapter, Motorola Bluetooth USB
PC850 and TRUST Bluetooth 2.0 EDR USB Adapter BT-2210Tp all are
working fine.
