Welcome to the new Bloomington Hikers website and announcement list!  We'll be transitioning to this site during the month of March, 2008. 

We are a group of fun-loving people who enjoy hiking in the woods surrounding Bloomington, Indiana. We've been hiking as a group since 1999.  Our hikes vary in length between eight and fifteen miles and occur on Saturdays. Members of the group range from twenty-something to sixty-something.
Experience ranges from beginner to advanced. Enjoyment ranges from fun to great fun! 

Announcements of our Saturday hikes are generally sent out on the Wednesday prior.  These announcements will include the meeting place and time as well as the hike's distance and location.  We rarely plan ahead further than a few days, so we don't have a calendar.   

There are no membership requirements or dues, just show up ready to hike.
