Hiking plans for Saturday, December 19th.

Meet at BloomingFoods East at 9am to carpool for  a hike of the White Tail Trail and Pate Hollow trail.  We will do 10-13 miles depending on conditions and desire.   Snowshoes may be optionalJ   Please bring food and water for the day.  Meet us at the Pate Hollow trailhead if you like no later than 9:25am.

 

And a winter hiking reminder…   layered, non cotton clothing is best as layers can be removed or added as you warm-up hiking or cool down at lunch.  Cotton does not insulate when wet and dries very slowly.
