Well, the fact that we do have some fanatics who just wait for 'inflammatory
comments' to show their true colours, this so-called 'crime cell' seems like
a good idea executed horribly. Let's be practical here, unless people
realise that a mere comment is just a comment, we can't really expect
society to accept freedom of speech in its totality. I agree with Peter that

Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), which issues directions
