We are talking with the various teams involved in indexing and ranking content for the main search results, but we haven't found any root cause for the observed behaviour yet.

It's all ready almost 10 days passed. The issue is only with custom domain and the default blogspot domain indexed fast. We are expecting it will be normal soon.
No sure if this helps but it sums up exactly what people are seeing. This is from a user in the Webmaster Central Forum

An example Post from Bonjour Tristesse in page 6
Steven: This isn't a matter of SEO. It's that the new posts aren't appearing in the index until several days later, despite the crawler visiting and updating everything else; and this is only happening with blogs using a custom domain, regardless of the type of site, frequency of posts, or quality of content.
For example if you search for: "62nd berlin international film festival report"
That is the title of the post I published 36 hours ago, and my homepage appears as first result, so we know the crawler is visiting, however the actual post is not yet indexed.
Now as a test, I just made a quick post on my second blog, one with a blogspot.com domain, and it's one that I only post to maybe once a month or less.
This post was immediately indexed and showed up on Google in less than 5 minutes.
Search for: "Google Delayed Indexing of Blogger Custom Domains" and you'll see it.
All the other explanations offered in this thread may have some weight. But clearly this issue also has something to do with custom domains.

Thank you for the screen caps, it's quite useful to see it broken out like that. We are continuing to search for the root cause of this behaviour. Please bear with us.
