I noticed that ATOM-API now needs Auth Basic.

That is: sending X-WSSE header for auth doesn't work anymore, whilst a
simple Basic auth header:

GET /atom/12345678 HTTP/1.1
Accept: */*
Authorization: BASIC dGlta345pcDpvRGVsZnQxNQ==

does the trick.

Now: I understand that SSL is needed, what is status/timeline for
implementing SSL?
Or will Basic auth suffice also in the future?
