I've seen similar behaviour with my own blog (
http://carr-it.blogspot.com ). The timestamp in the Atom and RSS feeds
seems to be the internal timestamp for when the object was created /
modified, not the "posted" date and time exposed via the web UI. This
means that on migrating, all post objects get re-created and the feed
displays them all with the same timestamp. This is a pain.
Next to having all posts that were migrated showing up with the same
timestamp, it also means that if you edit a post e.g. to correct a
typo) it will turn up right at the top of the feed again, because the
"modified" date has changed. Basically, this means that I only have a
very limited control of the order of posts in the feed.
PLEASE Blogger / Google, change this to reflect the timestamp _I_ put
in the post, not the one created by the system.
