Describe what you were doing when you got this error.
I'm trying to view my blog and I get this error. I can navigate around
the
Dashboard, but when I click View Blog, I get that error code. I've
tried going to other blogs where I've left comments (i saved the page
addresses in my Favorites because the blog list link on my blog
deletes them randomly) and try to go to my page from there, but I get
the same error from there as well.

Same thing. It's just the main page that I can't access. I can go to
individual posts, edit them etc.
When I try to go to my blog - http://abookbloggersdiary.blogspot.com/ - I keep getting Error - bX-l9wb71

I have the exact same problem. I was changing something on my layout
last night, and after doing so clicked on view blog to see how it
looked, and then received the same code-bX-l9wb71. I've been receiving
it ever since, but my other blogs are fine. SOMEONE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!

there any word on when they can resolve this? Blogger's support team

One thing I did discover is that the individual blogs are STILL
viewable, it's just the main page that is not. So if you have a link
to one of your old posts or via whatever hit counter you use you can
access your blog and view posts through the archives links. It's a
possible way around the main page issue for now I guess. SUPER
annoying either way.

I can log into mine and veiw my past posts on my dashboard but no one
else can see my blog and I have people pay for advertising and I have
2 give aways going on right now..This SUCKS...I want my blog back

Same problem here. Individual posts are displayed but the main page
doesn't ad i get the error page with the code bX-l9wb71. I wonderf if
it's due to the upgrade they did last night.
