I did do a bunch of posts (50), and one of the books in a post does sex in the title of the book, so that maybe trigged a spam flag.
Anyway, the help ? when you have a new post that supposedly lets you fill in a form to ask for a human to check your blog is not spam (I had to do this with the original blogger for my largest blog a fair while ago) does not seem to exist. It just takes you to :
This is after an 'error can't find page' type of message and a redirect.
No sign of any useful links, or a form to help out with this.
The word verification definitely does keep me from publishing, as every time I try, even with the captcha filled in correctly it logs me out, so the post is lost.
It would be appreciated if that could be fixed, or the new blog whitelisted.
The same thing happened, exactly at 50 posts, to my other new one, http://graphicsf.blogspot.com, I guess that is the cutoff, 50 until the auto spam thing attacks you?
Same problem, no form is available to request a human to whitelist the blog.
However, I did another 50 posts on http://notfreesf.blogspot.com and now I have the same problem again. The word verification is there, and despite getting the captcha right, it logs me out and won't let me post to the blog at all, again. Exactly the same problem as yesterday. Is it possible to fix this permanently, please?
Actually, the same word verification problem seems to be back on http://graphicsf.blogspot.com as well, despite only I think 18 posts today. Would you be so kind as to fix this one too?
Ok, on http://graphicsf.blogspot.com the word verification went away for a while, but after another 22 posts, which takes me to 100, the word verification is back again. So, 2 cutoffs?
Can these 2 blogs be set for that not to happen, or at least at a much bigger number than 20-50 posts?
That post is from March/Appril and not relevant to the beta situaiton. So, that doesn't help, because the form to fill in only exist on the old standard blogger, not the new one. I know about that one, I ha dused it.
This is the page I get in blogger beta, so basically it is a loop, the help page tells you to click the ? on the new post form which takes you to the help page which tells you to click on the ?... etc.
(there is a redirect from some page that briefly mentions [email address] or something like that)
That also doesn't fix the problem that other people have mentioned, which when you do use the captcha and fill it out correctly, it completely logs you out of everything.
So, currently broken in two ways :- a) Form to report blog is not a spam blog does not exist b) Captcha doesn't work
When I look at graphicsf right now for a new post, this is the url the ? displays
the text of which is below, and most definitely no form. :) ---
Google Help > Blogger Help > Blogger Basics > Posting and Editing Why do I have word verification on my posting form?
Word verification on the posting form is meant to be a spam reduction mechanism for BlogSpot in general, and is applied to certain potential spam blogs by an automated system. Because this is automated there will necessarily be some false positives, though we're continually working on improving our algorithms to avoid these. If your blog is one of the false positives, we apologize. Having the word verification on your posting form does not prevent you from publishing and does not mean that your blog will be deleted or otherwise punished if it is not actually in violation of our policies.
To avoid further inconveniences when publishing, click the "?" (question mark) icon next to the word verification on your posting form:
That will take you to a page where you can request a review for your blog. We'll have someone look at it, verify that it isn't spam, and then whitelist your blog so it no longer has the word verification requirement.
Notes:
* This is unrelated to the word verification setting for comments. * If your word verification is continually reported as incorrect, even though you are entering the correct letters, please try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and Blogger.com cookies, then logging in again to post. Remember to copy and paste your post to a text file first, to keep it safe.
I have asked here, filled in the bug form twice, and mailed the general email 3 times over the last few days, so are we stuck with this problem forever?
This is ridiculous. Same thing on my site marathonfinder.blogspot.com Nobody to talk to, endless loop and won't let you post. Nothing I can do about it. At post 50 it thought it was spam. I was just listing marathons running this year. How in the world do I get it fixed.
you get to 50 posts and can't do any more for a day, and the form to request it STILL does not exist. It redirects you to a bad link, which then redirects you back to the help back, the same as about 3 weeks ago.
Thing is...my layouts are on a website that is closing in a few days, so I'm trying to upload my layouts/info to my new blog before the website goes down!
I would love to be on the whitelist. I'm not a spammer and I'm just trying to add to my blog :)
I'm getting this error also, for a PRIVATE blog for notes. The word verification doesn't work and it kicks me out of my Gmail account at the same time.
Blogger support emailed me this afternoon to let me know that I've been let off the hook. Crossing my fingers that it'll last. No mention about the other issues. I'll post back here if I have any more problems or anything else to report. Good luck to everybody.
Ironically, I kind of spammed their support channels. I wrote the support email address, and filled out the forms for "can't log in" AND "can't publish." Also, as you may have noticed, I posted on a bunch of threads here last night - I guess someone might have noticed my name coming up here, and told someone to look into it? (doubtful)
Anyway, I normally wouldn't resort to such brute force tactics. The reason I did here was, yes, partly because I was desperate, but mostly because I wasn't getting the automatic robot response I expected, and didn't want to take any chances that my reports weren't going through. (In the end, I never got an automatic response, just the email which I'm including below.)
Also, don't worry, I included the link to this thread in all my reports, so hopefully they've got the idea by now. ;)
(I'm redacting my url & personal info coz it's a pseudonymous blog)

Hello,
Your blog has been reviewed, verified, and cleared for regular use so that it will no longer appear as potential spam. If you sign out of Blogger and sign back in again, you should be able to post as normal. Thanks for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Sincerely, The Blogger Team

My blog has been marked as a potential spam blog, and I'm unable to post anything beyond 50 posts. (That is, I can post only if I delete a post to make space)
Filling out the word verification doesn't help - it just logs me out and redirects me to an endless loop of login screens.
I'm not even able to request a human review. According to the help page, I'm supposed to click on a question mark icon next to the word verification, but that just leads me back to the same help page that told me to click on it!
