I am trying to post via my Sprint cell phone using Power Vision.
I have been able to add my phone to my blog and when I try and send a
picture to my blog the picture get uploaded to my uploaded_images
directory. It does have a .jpe extension I am not sure if this is
normal.

However it does not update the main index.html page.

I have deleted my entire blog many times, and tried to start over.
Any suggestions.

We're having some small difficulties with mobile blogging to FTP blogs,
so that might be affecting your ability to upload pictures. Sorry about
that, but we should have things fixed shortly!
