The problem that they fixed yesterday related to feed content, in
native feeds published to external servers.  Not to BlogSpot, and not
involving FeedBurner.

Here's your problem:

Scientifico “A.
Houston, riecheggiando all'interno del casco dell'astronauta,

Your problem is with FeedBurner.

Is your blog published to an external server, using FTP?  If so, re
publish the blog.

Yes, it is published using FTP. I re-published the entire blog and it
is now working. Thank you!

I had the same problem (atom feed empty, publishing via FTP) but
republishing the whole blog doesn't seem to fix it. Apparently whoever
is in charge of fixing this has not completely nailed down the problem
for everyone.

You should try publishing again, starting with Index Only to see if
your atom.xml and rss.xml files populate. I've had this problem since
Friday, but publishing from Blogger this morning (EDT) finally
populated my .xml files. I was then able to reinstate the feed with
Feedburner.com.
