I had the same problem (atom feed empty, publishing via FTP) but

You should try publishing again, starting with Index Only to see if
your atom.xml and rss.xml files populate. I've had this problem since Friday, but publishing from Blogger this morning (EDT) finally populated my .xml files. I was then able to reinstate the feed with Feedburner.com. On Mar 30, 11:45 am, KarlD wrote:
