There is some problem when I try to publish some links in my blog. I
noticed that an extra www.blogger.com is added to my links usually
when I try to make the link open in a new window. I usually publish in
html mode. This can be removed by pressing the compose mode and coming
back to html mode, then removing the extra part of the url. But I need
a better way to fix this.

What types of links are you trying to use? If they have any Javascript
in them or are relative links, Blogger has a tendency to try to add
the blogger url in front. Can you post an example for us?
