I created a blog on June 03, 2007. A few days ago I received the message that my account was under review due to possible Blogger Terms of Service Violations. The only thing I know is my daughter was trying to log in to update under my account and she used the wrong sign in information. I don't understand what is wrong in order to fix problem. I changed my password thinking I had to reset but I'm still under review.
Can someone help me? I created the blog but do not have a lot of computer experience to understand what to do.

When I try to access the website "http://patti43215.blogspot.com" I receive a screen that says' Under review due to possible blogger terms of service violations & is open to authors only. So, I sign in to get to the blog, but I cannot update the blog, nor can others see it.
I don't now what url is but I gave you my website in case that's what it is.

Odd. When I goto your blog already signed into blogger, it let's me in. I can see it. But going from a different browser (that isn't signed into blogger) then I see the message you are receiving. But apparently anyone with a blogger account can then sign in and see it.
Well obviously this is a mistake, and you are doing nothing wrong. Blogger uses automated bots to look for spammers and such, and sometimes they get real people unfortunately. This is one of those cases, your baby blog has done nothing wrong. So don't stress that you did...it's the robots mistake.
Once you go to the url, you can sign in ok correct? What about when you then go to the Blogger dashboard (where you make your posts, etc) http://www.blogger.com/home
>From there, there should be a message saying that it's locked for
review, with a link to contact support and request it be unlocked. It should be clearly marked, and hard to miss. Easiest thing is to find that, and request the review...they usually respond lately fairly quickly to those, and unlock it withing 24-48 business hours (starting mon)
There are several different states that a blog can be locked down in, and where the link is located to request the review is a bit different for each. But I think yours should be very visible if you goto the dashboard. If you still can't see it there, I'll dig it up, I got the information somewhere. You can always go through the regular blogger support form, but it's probably best to do it direct from the link in your dashboard for it, assuming we can find it. :-)
And congrads on the coming addition. Don't stress on this too much, like I said you did nothing wrong, just technical issues. It can be sorted soon enough. Let me know if you find that request link in the dashboard or not.

If you don't see the link in your Blogger Dashboard , should be under a message saying that the account is locked with a "Contact Support" link, then try this
Note, you have to be logged into Blogger with your account before that will take you to the unlock form. At least I think that's the correct format. If so, it will tell you what to do.

Hi, I'm having the same problem now. I got the error:
"Possible Blogger Terms of Service Violations This blog is under review due to possible Blogger Terms of Service violations and is currently unpublished. You can view your blog's posts here in Blogger, but you may not make any changes."
I am not aware of any action or content in my blog that could possibly violate the Blogger Terms of Service (and my blog is like 1 week old!). I did not get any option to write anyone from contact info or a link to request unblocking. :(

I got this message today -- about 5 minutes after I sent an email to *ALL* of my contacts telling them to check out my new site. I put up http://free-video-tutorials.blogspot.com with a ton of self- made video computer tutorials. Apparently I posted enough that they thought I was creating some sort of SPAM blog. Now I am answering 20-30 emails trying to explain that my blog isn't really "under investigation" -- I wish they had used a different description.
Anyway, I requested that it be unlocked, but it's still REALLY embarassing.
If I didn't have so much setup involved, I would probably migrate over to WordPress myself.

I thought it would get better, but I just tried to log in again and I saw (with no idea where to send the message):
