Left Ad Borders Cut Off

I have a problem w/ left and top borders being cut off on ad banners. I don't know if it is just FireFox but when adsense rotates to another service the left border is missing and it looks weird for 728x90 and 300x250. Do I have to tweak an HTML size somewhere?
