I am not able to see my blog: http://home-business-secrets.blogspot.com/ and I cannot see any other blog either. There is no notification of this from Blogger either. I am able to log in to my account and see the dashboard and see all the other stuff. But for some reason I am not able to view any blogs. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Please let me know.

I am in Mumbai, India. I am not able to see my blog via IE and Netscape. What kind of troubleshooting should I do? I have also tried republishing my blog. What else can i do?
But my problems is with home-business-secrets.blogspot.com/ where the IP address is: 66.102.15.101 and it says pinging blogspot.blogger.com and then Request timed out.
Are you trying to access Blogger/Blogspot from office? In that case, the request is probably routed through a proxy server and they have deliberately blocked these domains.

OK, Guarav,
I understand your confusion. The question was what and how are you being blocked? That affects how you can bypass the block.
It looks like you are going to need to use an anonymising proxy server. As long as you will be doing this just to surf, you can probably use any free proxy. If you were going to have to post thru one (ie maintain your blog), you'd end up paying for the service.
This is important because it's possible (quite likely too) that one or more proxies are also being blocked. So you'll have to do this by experimentation, and you'll have to learn how to do this repeatedly as you may be blocked more than once (your ISP will add to the block list).
If you can access Google, go there and do a web search on "free anonymous proxy". You'll get a pile of hits. This list will change, and some ones you won't be able to access (they'll be blocked). Some will try and charge you too. And most will charge you if you do more than surf (ie if you enter data into a form for instance).
They're simple to use. Just choose one, go to the proxy web page, and enter the URL of your blog. Give it a go, and let us know how you're doing.

I am at my home in Delhi, India. I followed the instructions that you gave to the gentleman before me and I came up with the same results. All these sites timed out when I pinged them.
When I used a free anonymous proxy, I was able to surf the sites but as you mentioned, unable to post anything on these sites.
As you would have realized, I maintain these blogs? What best I can do to overcome this issue.

Dan,
I don't know what the story is with India and Blogspot. I know Pakistan is blocking because of the Muslim influence but India too?
If you're being blocked from Blogger (posting) as well as Blogspot (viewing), you're going to have to go thru a pay proxy that proxies posting. Or find an ISP that doesnt filter Blogger. Or post by email. I think the last solution sounds best, but you have to set it up first.
Are there any Internet cafes with non blocked access?
Something funny happening in India, I too canot access *any* blogspot sites though I can access the blogger homepage and search on it. What is up I wonder?
I suppose it could be some sort of networking problem affecting some or all ISP's in India. But it's very suspicious that people say they can reach blogger.com but not blogspot. Kinda sounds like a block might be going on for some reason, but just guessing.
You could try the proxy server setup for Pakistani bloggers (who are definitely blocked) http://www.pkblogs.com
Friends, I'm glad to see that I'm not facing this problem all by myself- my blog is from Mumbai, India too It's http://saffrontrail.blogspot.com. I am able to go to blogger.com, the dashboard, create new posts and publish as well (which i could confirm from technorati). Just that I am unable to view any blog that is something.blogspot.com.
I am even having some wild thoughts about whether it could be because I wrote about the Mumbai blasts and terrorism on my blog earlier this week on http://bombaybleeding.blogspot.com . I'm not very highly techno savvy, is there anyone who can help me out? I am logged on from a broadband from home. My husband is able to view the blogs from his office, which is 3 km away.
I have also tried viewing on both IE as well as Firefox, it's the same problem of 'cannot find page', also tried getting to my blog from various links like google, technorati, no luck
I don't think this problem is because of the Indian Government blocking blogging sites, since some people in India are able to access Blogspot websites. Also, we are able to see Wordpress and other blogs. So then why not Blogger? I think we all should complain to Blogger individually and get to the bottom of this. Or is there any other way to get out of this mess?

Hi, I have the same problem but I am in Canada! I am not been able to access my blog for 2 days now, the whole screen is just blank. I can go to the dash board, make new post etc. but when I click "view blog", there is only a blank page. At first I think it is a template problem (as I had customized my template), and try to change to a new template, but the problem still exist. Can any kind soul please help me? Regards, Connie
