I wanted to compare some notes with you about building EN.

I'm going to make a run at the new EN contest (I haven't tried to mass enroll for about a year in another business) and I have won some things like that in the past, but If I am going to do that, I want to make sure I still have plenty of options for my team.

If you have any feedback about how you are building it, I'll be happy to share what I am doing on my end. Mutual benefit is what I am looking for.
