Mobile error?

My client uses BlogCFC, but keeps getting the following error. I
cannot duplicate the issue.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

What version of BlogCFC are they using?

IIRC, this was an issue with an earlier version, but should be fixed in latest release.
