blogcfc speed improvement using google guidelines

i was trying to better follow google's guidelines on the speed
segment , using this tool now: https://developers.google.com/pagespeed/#
they recommend a few things that i'm not sure if i can do being in a
windows shared hosting:
- Optimize caching (Leverage browser caching)
- Defer parsing of JavaScript
- Enable compression
- Minimize redirects
Other Blolgcfc user's have worked on these points ?
