your google profile url as openid

Hi

Do you know you can use your
google profile url as an
openid?
If you have a google profile,
and customised the url of it,
you can use it as an openid,
so, there's an alternative for
http://openid-provider.appspot.com/a...@xyz.com
It was the creator of the
latter app, that told me this.
I tested it out by following a
webblog, and used my profile
url and google credentials to
log in.
