Just a friendly reminder that we've got two great events happening this
week:

Tonight, *Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 7:30pm*, come out to Blue Star Cafe (4512
Stone Way N in Wallingford) for our monthly Drinks with the Dominicans
event. This month's event will be purely social, a time to reconnect after
the holidays and meet new folks. We'll also be introducing our new book for
our weekly VERITAS group.

Then, this *Friday, Jan. 27, at 8pm*, come to the UW Newman Center (4502
20th Avenue NE) for our monthly young adult Holy Hour. Afterwards we'll
head to a nearby establishment for some food and fellowship.

And don't forget, next *Thursday, Feb. 4, at 7:30pm*, come to the Margaret
of Savoy room in the church priory (the little building to the left of the
church) for the first session of our new round of VERITAS, our weekly
low-key study group. We'll be looking at and discussing excerpts from
Brother Lawrence's book *Practice of the Presence of God.*
