Subject: extract Seq id belong to a GO group
Hi, I have got the pie chart and I know how many seq belong to each
group, but i want to know id of these seq.
I used the command "file"->"export"->"annotations"->"export
annotations by GO", but the file exported is blank. Can anyone tell me
how to do? Thanks.

Hi

The best way to obtain the results of the pie chart is to export the
corresponding GO graph as txt. There you will have al lthe seqs annotated
to each slice on the pie (plus some others).
Hope this helps

Hi Ana,
Thanks for your reply. I try to save the GO graph as text according to
your suggest, but the file I got only heve the "GO id", "GO term" and
"score" , which is equal to the "Number of seq" belong to a specific
GO id. Now I want to know the id of seq. For example, there are 39
seqs belong to the Go term "translation", what are they?
