Dear colleague,

We are happy to announce the up coming workshop on High Performance
Computing for NGS data analysis, organized by the SeqAhead COST action in
collaboration with the Prince Felipe Research Centre.

The workshop will present most recent advances on the use of HPC to solve
different aspects of NGS data analysis, including assembly, mapping,
RNA-seq, variant calling and more.

Please find in the attached PDF more information about this event,
including the scientific program.
