由于appstore进入中国, 以及中国引进了iphone, 无论国内外
开发者都互相要对外发布app, 汉英及英汉的翻译需求肯
定会增加, 小的程序员或dev team都没精力翻译, 若有翻译
组介入则可能获得成功,
不知道各位对这个想法是否支持,有没有建议? 或者有
没有认识有需要的开发者?
计划中是做大了就收费, 根据工作量来增减, 成员我在
学校中已经找好了, 相关的也在做,也向威锋寻求了合
作. 希望各位给些帮助~
能否推荐一个不错的域名商,服务器商以及请教如何建
立信息收集系统?

这个思路不错，支持，域名肯定在国外整了，godaddy.com, name.com都可以，我
用的前者。空间也建议在国外弄，搞个blog其实就可以。

恩, 大概的资费是多少呢? 如何两个域名一个服务器? 我
想做中英文的. 相关的数据收集系统怎么写? 就是对方
添一个表然后提交我们就收得到的那种. 还有. 有认识

不过丫们第二年就比较贵了，不过如果你们第一年能够上轨道，第二年的费用应该也不成问题。

至于翻译系统，其实开始阶段完全不需要搭建专门的系统的，只需要整个发布blog。几个人合作翻译的话只需要整个subversion来做版本跟踪就行了，dreamhost也支持这个的。

如果按照上面的dh的促销信息来看，第一年连空间加域名10美刀也就搞定了

推荐wordpress, 这个老外比较流行，甚至一些政府机关都开始使用.
你可以直接用wordpress.com, 只不过需要用他们自己的一些摸版, 然后只能改动一部分界面而已..

Wordpress.com recommends quite a few hosts, very reasonably priced. wordpress.com also box.net plug-in where you can keep small files for free.   

Check out Tumblr too (http://www.tumblr.com/) as it seems to be more popular and more creative than wordpress.com.
  
Translation and interpretation are increasingly recognised as professions. Many native-speaker of one language have a smattering of another language,  yet are in no position to do serious translation work. I wonder whether you have made sure to check that the UK person have at least a Diploma in Translation awarded by the The Chartered Institute of Linguists and also is a full member in the Translator category  The Chartered Institute of Linguists?

In Australia, the professional body is NAATI ( The National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd). For your information,  I have been an accredited NAATI professional translator since 1997.

域名建议在name.com 购买，8-9美金，支持隐藏whois，解析速度超级快，空间目前我有hostmonster的空间，1000g空间不限
流量，可以建任意多站点，可以赞助你们。
速度我感觉还不错，测试站点 www.free78.cn www.52tuijian.cn

wordpress作为站点是不错的，国内主题站也很多，http://themes.wopus.org/ 我对wordpress研究相对多，
seo方面可调整的地方不少，优化还是不错的。

Well, seems like it's a little more complicated than we thought. We are junior school students but we believe that our English is good enough to do the work. 
Getting a diploma in translation... Do you have any online tests to verify our skills? We don't have much time. We are facing the graduation exam now.

我觉得你们现在初始阶段就跟他们联络估计意义不大，做了几个之后可以再联系

用数字证书签名啊，就不会被当作垃圾邮件了。

subversion不会太复杂吧? 两个系统在同一个空间上是否分目录部署?
