to Blacktree: Secrets
Can anyone help me find how to change this? Instead of the "No
Artwork" pic I would like to have the default pic for no artwork to be
a pic I have chosen. This would be huge!

If this facility is not provided via hidden options within iTunes
(which I very much doubt it is) then Secrets cannot address this
request.
i.e. this cannot presently be changed using Secrets.
