Request for iCal Secret

I hope it's appropriate to ask if someone can develop a new "secret."
If so:

I'm looking for a way (when entering a new event in iCal) to set the
default time zone to "floating." In other words, I want every entry I
make to be a "floating" entry. I've seen quite a few people looking
for a fix like this.

You can't develop secrets, they are secrets because they are hidden in
the application already, you can possibly find the secret by doing
string checking and seeing if there is a preference you can set in the
plist at ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iCal.plist
