Spaces not working

I have my Spaces configured as a hot corner. When I drag a file from
the desktop, to that hot corner, my Spaces windows come up. However,
when I drag the file to another window, nothing happens.

I've not been able to find the tweak in SECRETS > System or >
Spaces.

What do I need to do to get drag and drop back ? This only happened
after I installed Secrets.
