NSFullScreenDarkMenuDark Menu Bar For ALL Apps?

The Full Screen Mode toggle is
~/Preferences/.GlobalPreferenc es.plist NSFullScreenDarkMenu Bolean YES
It would be amazing if there was a way to get that FullScreen Dark Menu Bar
permanent for all apps. I would love to make that the default menu bar.
Any Ideas?

hmm... there is no picture coresponding to the dock-background...
only one for the dashboard background :/

Go to /System/Library/CoreServices/D ock.app/Contents/Resources/, find the
images for the Dock background and replace with a clear one.

Finder Background

Looking for a way to change finder background color - the white is way too

I was able to force one page in Text Edit - no idea why
Looking also to get rid of the (show all) gallery display in "icon view"
versus "list view"

I typically keep iTunes up on-screen in its "mini-player" configuration. I
still do this under iTunes 11.0.1, but it forces the user minimize and
expand to the fuller screen version using a different method that I'm
finding counter intuitive and painfully placed on the fuller screen's
upper right hand corner. Not sure if this default iTunes 11.0.1 condition

I'm wanting to script the GUI action of going to System Preferences -> Keyboard SHortcuts and assigning shortcuts.
Does anyone know if I could do this via command line "defaults" or some other script? Perhaps a plist editor?
