Is there a moderation delay on submitted Secrets?

I noticed a Secret I submitted a few days ago still isn't showing up
in the Secrets Preference Pane on any of my computers. Previous
submissions have shown up pretty much instantaneously (if I'm
remembering correctly). Edits to previous Secrets still show up
instantaneously, so I don't think there's any problem with the server.
So my question is: are new submissions moderated, and if so, is there
any statement that can be made to maximum turn-around? Also, I have a
couple of suggestions (assuming they are moderated): could you
accumulate a list of pre-approved submitters, based on past
submissions, that would be abel to bypass moderation? Also: (assuming
the moderators are having trouble keeping up) is there any way those
of us out here interested in the continued success of this project
could volunteer to help with submission moderation? Thanks!
