Run After Delay

I am trying to get the Run After Delay working with quicksilver and am
having trouble.
I start up quicksilver, start to type my message and then select large
type.
On forums I have read to press ctrl+return an this SHOULD combine the
two actions, then I should have the option to Run After Delay. But as
soon as I hit ctrl+return, it just runs the large type on the screen,
and I have no option to run after delay.
Does anybody have this issue?
