There has been several people who have asked for help with this.
Nothing seems to help. I want people who have taken care of this
problem.

Describe the issue in more detail, please. Right now I have no idea
what you are talking about.

I got it taken care of. I changed the screen resolution and then I was
able to move it and change the resolution back.
