Hi,

I've been a Quicksilver user for a few years now, but I just got a new
machine and decided to start from scratch using Howard's guide. (It's
awesome.) At first it worked great, but now I'm having a major
problem. For some reason, QS can't seem to find my documents folder or
and most of its contents in the catalog. As per Howard's suggestion, I
created a deeper documents catalog by selecting "Create copy" for the
documents entry under the User tab, and at first it worked fine. But
now for some reason if I type "Documents" in the command window, all I
get is a question mark and the label "Document (Catalog)." Oddly,
sometimes when this happens I'll try to relaunch QS, but the action
won't appear in the second pane. Instead, it thinks I'm looking for
"reveal." Other times it works though. All of the other catalog
entries seem to be fine, including other custom ones I have created.

If it means anything, the folders in question contain pretty much
nothing but .doc, .pdf, .pages, and .xls files. I'm running b54 in
Snow Leopard.

Thanks!
Philip Meyer

Apologies, I'm using b57, not b54.

Quit QS, then delete ~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver. Restart QS, give it
a little time, and then see if the problem is solved.
