QS Crashing on launch all of a sudden

I haven't installed any new plug ins, etc. but now QS won't even
launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. nothing. I am using
build .3815 since I use Leapard. Please help. I have been using QS
for 2 years and can't live without it!
