Hi guys,
I can´t use text mode directly by typing . , it´s only possible when
no match was found.
Is there any issue related to the text mode? I have not found
anything.
I´m using B57-pk 3840.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

No problems here. FWIW, could you try changing the "Switch to text
mode if no match is found" check box to see if that helps (it worked
as expected as well). It's in the QS Preferences -> Commands section.

If a check "Switch to text mode if no match is found" I do get into
text mode when the condition is reached, but I cannot use Text Mode
directly without waiting for the condition. This is annoying because
if, for example, you need to look for a word in the dictionary or
perform a web search you won´t be able to use QS.
As workaround, I am using the spacebar to switch to text mode.
Maybe I am completely wrong, but to switch to text mode you only need
to type "." (without marks) and that´s all, isn´t it?
I know that this sounds very stupid, but it´s frustrating!

Now, I am using a trigger to switch to text mode: Cmd-.
But anyway I would like to receive some suggestion.

Thank you.
