blacklight-jetty at solr 3.5

Hi, 

I was doing a walkthrough for a write-up and I noticed that the blacklight:jetty generator pulls the 

solr v3.5.0 zipball although the current version of blacklight-jetty has v4.0.0.

Not sure if this is for a specific reason or not?

I don't think anyone has bothered to update that generator to use the 4.0.0 tag.  Please submit a pull request.
