Blacklight committers call 6/25

Let's have a final checkin before cutting the next minor release of Blacklight. Here's the full changeset:

I think the big feature is i18n support, so maybe we should look through the keys and make sure they are ok (and decide if we want to collapse any of the heirarchies).
