All,

The HiDef phone service we've been using for Blacklight Skypes has been discontinued. We have replaced it with a new line from a different provider. This change is effective immediately.

Please add the new service to your Skype contact list, and delete the old one. The bad news is that the process to connect is slightly less convenient. The good news is that the hold music is infinitely better, and it supports up to 100 simultaneous connections.

Connection Instructions:

        Skype
Add freeconferencecallhd.5308811400 as a contact in your skype account.
copy and paste freeconferencecallhd.5308811400 (the entire name) into your contact search area
add as a contact
After freeconferencecallhd.5308811400 is listed in your contact list, simply call that contact.
Enter the following code through the Skype keypad (not by just typing in the numbers on your keyboard): 651025 (you will prompted to add the # sign). Note: you must enter the code in the Skype keypad, not your keyboard number pad.

Dial:  +1 (530) 881-1400
Access Code: 651025

I suggest giving yourself some time to add the new contact and to find the Skype keypad.
