Over on the Code4lib list there were some questions about getting
Blacklight (and other cataloggy apps) running on platforms like Heroku
or Amazon Elastic Beanstalk. With Blacklight 3+, it's surprisingly
easy to do, so I wrote up some documentation on the wiki about how to
