Hello!

I am seriously thinking about switching from my current, HTC Diamond
to Blackberry Bold.
Does somebody have such as experience? What was the first impression?
What is missing comparing with WMobile (in terms of business use:
phone, email) and last quesion, what about battery life?

Thank you in advance for your opinion.

There's just no comparison. BlackBerry stands out.

Just depends on what you want to do?

WM is stronger when it comes to Exchange and multimedia. Not to mention some
easier to customize software for companies.
WM is great for multitasking.

BB is better at handling individual email, multiple email accts, and
corporate accts.
BB is also great as an organizer.

You need to be more specific in what your asking other then just a general,
which is better, we all have our opinions, and they are tailored to the
individual responding. But what are YOUR needs?
What I like in a phone you might not like.

Are you using with personal email? Exchange services? Pics? Video? MP3?
Any office documents being used? Calendar events? Hundreds or thousands of
contacts?
Is this geared to work purposes or just personal?

Thanks,

1. I do not use my GSM as a MP3 player neither as Photo camera
2. Email: check my private GMAIL + Exchange (actually the most
important is Exchange, then GMAIL)
3. Calendar events (from Exchange), contacts sync

This phone mostly will be used for my standard working day (emails,
meetings, phone calls of course:) )

Kind regards,
TZ

Well both devices will work well for your needs.
If you were NOT using exchange I would say go with the BB.

But exchange will work well with both devices so now its splitting hairs.
The BB will have better battery life and probably technical support should
you run into any issues.

The company I work for uses Exchange, and has provided me with a BB with BES
on it. My personal phone is a WM 6.1 device. Both are set up on exchange. I
tend to do my emailing on my BB and the WM for MP3, pictures, and general
web surfing or looking up info. Also I use the WM device for any GPS
navigation I need.
